U. Turdialiev was born in 1980 in Fergana region, graduated from Fergana Polytechnic Institute in 2005, majoring in Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances. Doctor of Technical Sciences (DSc), Professor.
Work experience: Leading Specialist of the Organizational Control Group of the Fergana Regional Khokimiyat; Postgraduate Student, Senior Researcher, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs of the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology; Rector of the Andijan Machine-Building Institute.
